Why We Are Here at Davos

Quantum Leadership: The Inner Operating System for Life

The Well-being Economy will be built on coherence.

Davos began as a place of stillness — and the world needs that again.

We return to revive what made this valley meaningful: dialogue, clarity, and inner alignment.

At TPC, we believe healing the world begins within — and this moment calls for a reset in how leadership is lived.

The Eight Living Habits restore the inner conditions for clarity, emotional stability, and presence. From this coherence, a different quality of leadership becomes possible.

Quantum Leadership is not a technique, but an emergent capacity — aligning how we see, relate, and act when the inner system is stable.

When leaders act from awareness, organisations move with coherence — and from coherence, creation flows.

At the TPC House at Davos, this practice comes alive, inviting leaders to reimagine leadership for the Well-being Era.

The TPC House at Davos

A House for Stillness, Meaningful Connection, and East–West Co-creation

The TPC House at Davos is an accredited venue of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026.

It is a sanctuary for reflection and action — where CEOs, investors, policymakers, and innovators come together at a human level to reconnect inner coherence with outer impact.

More than a gathering space, the TPC House is a living platform. Through shared meals, daily practices, learning sessions, dialogues, fireside conversations, and plenary forums, participants engage in purposeful exchange across cultures and sectors.

Rooted in ancient wisdom and informed by modern systems thinking, the House invites leaders to slow down, listen deeply, and engage with complexity from clarity and presence — where stillness meets strategy, and dialogue enables meaningful collaboration.

The TPC House is not a side event. It is a place to recalibrate, connect, and co-create for the Well-being Era.

Well-being & Human Flourishing Learning & Inner Development

Alignment with World Economic Forum 2026 – the Spirit of Dialogue

The TPC House at Davos aligns with the WEF 2026 agenda and define our fields of work, framing the House’s vertical pillars – where inner transformation meets outer systems change.

SIX PILLARS OF THE
WELL-BEING ECONOMY

  • WELL-BEING & HUMAN FLOURISHING

  • EDUCATION & INNER DEVELOPMENT

  • CAPITAL & FINANCE

  • CLIMATE & NATURE

  • ENERGY TRANSITION & INNOVATION

  • HUMAN CONSTRUCT & SYSTEMS

The TPC House at Davos translates these pillars into practice through Five Operating Dimensions that give life to our six pillars.

PARTNERSHIP IN ACTION
From Dialogue to Action

Together, these pillars and operating dimensions align with and accelerate the priorities of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

At the TPC House, our food brings the community together to connect meaningfully, to dialogue and to co-create a flourishing life. Across cultures, a shared meal has always been our earliest language of welcome, a simple yet profound way of honouring presence and opening conversations.

Introducing the Culinary Experience within the
TPC House: Warmth, Energy & Connection

At Davos, food becomes more than sustenance — it is warmth, balance, and a quiet invitation to coherence. Here, nourishment supports leadership - gently, intentionally, and in alignment with nature.

Developed with OCTAVE Living, and in partnership with Erdbeergold, we co-create a menu rooted in seasonal ingredients that honour place, craft, and the rhythms of nature. The TPC House culinary philosophy follows Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, drawing on the Five Elements, through the harmony of the Five Flavours. This approach brings inner clarity and alignment with nature. Each dish, plant-forward or meat-inclusive, is crafted to be comforting and restorative.

The Journey: A Theory of Change for Life Flourishing

We present a Theory of Change that begins with the self and expands outward to the system — because healing the world begins with healing the human within.

Awareness (I)

To lead well, we must first see clearly. Presence restores perception.

Alignment (I → We)

Clarity meets connection. Shared purpose builds trust.

Collaboration (We)

Coherence expands through relationship. Across public, private, philanthropy, and people, trust becomes structure.

Co-creation (We → World)

From this coherence, creation flows. We build alliances and innovations that embed Return on Integrity alongside financial and impact outcomes.
