Accelerating Responsible Leadership in Education and Beyond
Mon 19 Jan 2026 10:30 am - 11:30 am (CET/GMT+1)
Awakening House (Ochsner: Forum 3)
What if the greatest risk to achieving the SDGs is not a lack of ambition—but a failure to prepare leaders with the responsibility, courage, and systems thinking required to navigate a world in a constant transition?
With less than five years to 2030, progress on the Sustainable Development Goals is stalling—and in some areas reversing. At the same time, a growing disconnect has emerged between education systems, workforce readiness, and the leadership capabilities required to navigate today’s economic, social, and environmental complexity.
This session, convened by UN Global Compact and its education arm Principles for Responsible Management Education, brings together leaders from business, academia, civil society, and philanthropy to explore how responsible leadership can be accelerated across education and beyond. Hosted at TPC House, the conversation positions education not as a pipeline problem—but as a systems challenge.
Through practical examples and cross-sector perspectives, the session examines how responsible leadership principles can be embedded across institutions, industries, and societies—bridging the gap between values and action. The dialogue moves beyond curriculum reform to ask how business, universities, families, and global institutions can co-create learning ecosystems that prepare leaders capable of stewarding complexity, accountability, and long-term value creation in a rapidly changing world.

Education for Regenerative Leadership: Reawakening Purpose, Values and Systems Thinking
Mon 19 Jan 2026 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm (CET/GMT+1)
Flourishing House (Rätia Center: Forum 1)
What if education’s true purpose isn’t to prepare us for the economy—but to prepare us to regenerate it?
The crises we face today – ecological, economic, and spiritual – are symptoms of a deeper issue: the way we’ve been educated to separate rather than integrate, to extract rather than steward, and to succeed rather than serve. As we enter a new era, education must transcend the transactional and become transformational.
This session explores how education – when rooted in consciousness, values, and systems thinking – can cultivate the inner capacities and relational intelligence needed for long-term societal and planetary well-being. Rather than merely equipping individuals to navigate broken systems, education must evolve to empower regenerative leaders who can reshape them.
Drawing from Eastern wisdom traditions, quantum leadership, and lived experience within family enterprises, this conversation will examine how education can embed awareness, purpose, and interdependence at its core. What becomes possible when universities, businesses, and families collaborate to nurture human potential not just for productivity, but for planetary stewardship?
This is not a conversation about curriculum reform. It’s an invitation to reorient the very purpose of education—toward consciousness, coherence, and co-creation.

Planetary Boundaries Dinner at TPC House

Flourishing House (Rätia Center: Forum 1)
What if the future of business leadership is not defined by growth targets—but by how responsibly capital operates within Earth’s planetary boundaries?
A private (by invitation only) dialogue session hosted by Planetary Guardians and TPC / NO.17 Foundation.
At a time when global sustainability commitments risk drifting from scientific reality, this intimate Davos dinner convenes a small circle of family offices, philanthropists, and business leaders to anchor a new form of planetary leadership—one grounded in science, stewardship, and long-term responsibility.
Hosted by Planetary Guardians and TPC / NO.17 Foundation, the evening centres on the Planetary Boundaries Science Initiative (PBI)—the scientific backbone that informs the Planetary Health Check and enables governments, investors, and corporations to align decisions with Earth’s biophysical limits. Moving beyond climate pledges and fragmented ESG approaches, the dialogue positions Planetary Boundaries as the organising framework for next-generation business and investment leadership, particularly across Asia.
Bridging East and West, the dinner connects Asian family offices convened by TPC with the global Planetary Guardians network, creating a trusted space to explore how science-based boundaries can guide capital allocation, portfolio strategy, and corporate practice. Davos serves not as a conclusion, but as a starting point—seeding multi-year funding, pilot applications within TPC-aligned portfolios, and a longer-term collaboration extending into Impact Week Singapore and future leadership gatherings.
This is an invitation to move from intent to infrastructure—and from sustainability rhetoric to planetary guardianship in practice.

The Future is Federated Action: From Global Principles to Local Coherence for an Emissions-Free Nature-Positive Society and Economy
Mon 19 Jan 2026 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (CET/GMT+1)
Awakening House (Ochsner Forum 2)
What if the future of climate and nature action depends not on stronger global control, but on our ability to align shared principles with locally rooted wisdom and leadership across cultures?
For business and finance leaders, the transition to emissions-free, nature-positive economies is no longer a question of intent, but of execution under conditions of uncertainty and fragmentation. Capital is increasingly exposed to transition risk, policy volatility, social resistance, and ecological thresholds that cannot be managed through top-down strategies alone. Federated action offers a more resilient pathway: global principles and long-term commitments provide strategic direction and risk signalling, while locally grounded standards, governance arrangements, and business cases determine whether capital can be deployed effectively. In this model, coherence becomes an economic asset. Trust between investors, local authorities, communities, and operators reduces execution risk; alignment between ecological conditions and project design improves performance; and locally embedded innovation accelerates adoption and learning. For businesses and investors operating across regions, this approach requires integrating financial discipline with cultural intelligence, place-based due diligence, and long-term stewardship. It reflects a convergence between Eastern traditions that emphasise harmony with context and Western frameworks of capital allocation and governance, pointing toward transition pathways that are not only ambitious but also durable, investable, and capable of sustaining value across generations.
If you believe that global ambition only succeeds when it is grounded in local coherence and cultural context, this session invites you to help shape federated pathways that bridge East and West in building nature-positive, emissions-free societies.

Brain Health, Natural Capital & Collective Stewardship: Advancing the Brain Economy for a Well-Being Future
Mon 19 Jan 2026 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm (CET/GMT+1)
Awakening House (Ochsner: Forum 2)
What if the defining challenge of our time is not a shortage of solutions — but the cognitive, emotional, and ethical capacity to hold complexity and act wisely together?
The world is entering a moment of profound disruption — technological acceleration, ecological destabilisation, demographic shifts, and the erosion of meaning and social cohesion. Against this backdrop, the Brain Economy emerges not as a sector, but as a unifying framework for human flourishing and global resilience.
This session explores the idea that every major transition — from climate adaptation to energy transition, from digital transformation to social renewal — is ultimately a brain transition. A society’s capacity to learn, adapt, cooperate, care, and innovate depends on the health, skills, and coherence of its people. When brain health, cognitive agility, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding decline, systems unravel. When they strengthen, societies regenerate.
Here, brain health is reframed as foundational infrastructure — as essential to national competitiveness as clean energy, education, or capital markets. Brain skills become the currency of a disrupted future: lifelong learning, creative problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and the ethical discernment required in an AI-shaped world. Spiritual health — meaning, identity, belonging — is recognised not as an abstract ideal but as a performance variable and a stabilising force for communities navigating transition.
At the systems level, the Brain Economy reveals the unity of all things: that air quality, nature regeneration, climate stability, and social trust are inseparable from cognitive health and societal productivity. A thriving mind requires a thriving biosphere; a regenerative economy requires regenerative humans.
Within this broader framing, the session also explores how advances in neuroscience, digital health, and data can help make brain health and coherence more visible, measurable, and actionable — supporting better alignment between inner well-being and outer systems of policy, capital, and innovation. Not as an end in itself, but as a tool in the service of wiser decisions and collective stewardship.
Ultimately, the dialogue asks what becomes possible when public, private, and philanthropic actors treat the Brain Economy as a shared mandate — reorganising investment, governance, and innovation around the conditions that allow life, capability, and meaning to flourish.

The Great Power Unlock of Philanthropic Capital & The Rise of the CSO

Flourishing House (Rätia Center: Inspiration Room)
What if philanthropic capital, when intentionally structured, could become the ignition mechanism that turns bold climate innovation into scalable, investable solutions for people and planet?
Philanthropic capital today sits at a pivotal inflection point. In the context of climate adaptation, resilience, and inclusive growth, philanthropy remains one of the most flexible yet under-leveraged forces in the global system. This panel invites participants to see capital through a different lens—not as charity, but as a catalyst for coherence, enabling new pathways where markets, communities, and technological innovation can meet.
Hosted at the TPC House, this inaugural Future Makers™ dialogue brings together leading philanthropists from East and West who seek to move beyond traditional grantmaking toward regenerative capital models that recycle resources, de-risk innovation, and unlock scalable solutions. In alignment with the TPC House’s mission to merge inner coherence with outer systems change, the conversation explores how philanthropic clarity of purpose can shape architectures of trust, partnership, and long-term stewardship.
Drawing on real cases and ecosystem learnings—including catalytic structures that advance climate and nature innovation—the session demonstrates how values-led philanthropy can open markets, accelerate the adoption of climate technologies, and strengthen resilient economic foundations. It highlights the shared principles that unite Eastern relational wisdom with Western institutional design, laying the groundwork for a Well-being Economy where capital, conscience, and legacy are aligned.
This dialogue invites leaders to reimagine how catalytic philanthropy can become an instrument of East–West coherence and systemic renewal.

Longevity Across East-West – A New Blueprint for Human Life, Consciousness, and Health
Mon 19 Jan 2026 11:00 am - 1:30 pm (CET/GMT+1)
Awakening House (Ochsner: Forum 2)
What if longevity is not measured by how long we live, but by how coherently we live — and what if the next breakthrough in health is not a drug or device, but a shift in consciousness?
Humanity is living longer than at any point in history — yet not necessarily better. Longevity without coherence has produced more years, not more life. Today we stand at a threshold where biology, physics, and consciousness are beginning to converge, challenging us to redefine longevity as a state of integrated well-being rather than mere survival.
The twentieth century extended our lifespan; the twenty-first must extend our lifeflow — the span of coherence, clarity, vitality, and compassion through which life flourishes. Traditional healthcare has been built around fighting disease, but emerging science reveals a deeper truth: life is a quantum process. It is a dynamic field of coherence linking physiology, emotional states, cognitive patterns, and the relational environments we inhabit.
Quantum Longevity is the discipline of restoring that coherence. It aligns biology with consciousness, behaviour with meaning, and care systems with compassion. It recognises that ageing is not simply a biological trajectory but a multidimensional experience shaped by purpose, environment, and inner alignment.
In this session, longevity is reimagined not as a medical frontier but as an evolution of awareness — a bridge between quantum biology and social care, mental health and moral imagination, science and spirit, East and West. It invites us to rethink what it truly means to add life to years, not just years to life.
