Nandarani Meister
Founder, The Sacred Shell
Dr. Nandarani Meister is a physician, systems thinker and New Health pioneer with over two decades of clinical and interdisciplinary experience. Originally trained in oncology, her work has evolved from disease-centered medicine toward systemic, prevention-oriented and coherence-based approaches to human health and leadership.
Her work explores how health, resilience and leadership emerge through non-linear dynamics, convergence processes and field-level coherence rather than isolated interventions. Drawing from systems science, neuroscience, complexity theory and consciousness research, she develops integrative frameworks that examine how small shifts at critical nodes can catalyze disproportionate impact across human and organizational systems.
Dr. Meister is the founder of The Sacred Shell, a Sacred Systems Architecture platform integrating New Health and New Leadership for concious leaders operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Her approach focuses on convergence — between biology and consciousness, individual and collective intelligence, science and wisdom traditions — to inform future-ready models of governance, health systems and societal resilience.
