Inner Qigong: The Twelve Dao Movements of Coherence
Wed 21 Jan 2026 7:00 am - 8:00 am (CET/GMT+1)
Flourishing House (Rätia Center: Forum 1)
Rooted in ancient Dao wisdom, Inner Qigong – Twelve-Routine Exercises is a refined practice of moving meditation that harmonises breath, movement, and awareness. Drawn from Shou Shi Chuan Zhen (True Secrets of Longevity), this gentle sequence guides the flow of qi through the body, restoring balance between mind, body, and the surrounding energy field.
Through twelve slow, fluid movements, participants cultivate softness, alignment, and inner stillness — awakening vitality while calming the nervous system. Accessible to all ages and physical conditions, the practice emphasises presence rather than effort, allowing energy to circulate naturally through the meridians.
This session invites participants to experience qigong not merely as health preservation, but as an art of coherence — where movement becomes meditation, breath becomes guidance, and the body becomes a living bridge between inner balance and outer harmony.
